Madeha has led research and outreach strategies for many executive searches for cybersecurity leadership, Human Resources and Diversity leadership. She is a self-motivated Human Resources professional with over 5 years of HR experience in HRIS management, labor relations, health and safety, and recruitment. Prior to her work with Phelps, Madeha worked for SickKids Foundation, Kinark, and North York General Hospital. She is also a member of the HRPA.
